HB4690 HFA Hansen 2-14

                Delegate Hansen moves to amend HB4690 on page 2, Section 2, line 37 by striking out the period, inserting a colon and the following proviso:

                “Provided, That any such landfill that receives more than 30,000 tons of solid waste a month, shall be subject to the same county referendum requirements that apply to commercial landfills that exceed this tonnage limit, pursuant to §22-15-9 of the code.”
